It’s A Secret Med Spa is seeking a results-driven Treatment Consultant to consult and sell our aesthetic services to new and existing patients. You will proactively outreach to clients, create customized treatment plans, and drive bookings while delivering outstanding service.

The role offers a competitive base pay plus a leading commission program, with benefits including PTO, health insurance, dental, vision, disability coverage, 401k, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability.
• Experience in med spa or medical office preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintains proper etiquette in client interactions.
• Able to multi-task and adapt to business needs.
• Works well in a team and takes initiative.
• Energetic, friendly personality with strong service focus.
• Understands HIPAA and privacy requirements.
• Demonstrates integrity, judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Aufgaben

• Initiate sales by scheduling consultations with new and existing clients.
• Provide service overview and create customized treatment plans.
• Close sales, discuss financing options with lenders like CareCredit.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure treatment plans and future visits.
• Act as brand ambassador to drive local traffic to the spa.
• Identify upsell opportunities and grow revenue from existing clients.
• Proactively reach out to clients to drive bookings.
• Maintain accurate CRM with all interactions.
• Adhere to company policies and streamline processes.
• Mentor front desk team to ensure a top-notch client experience.
• Support front desk with paperwork, check-in/out, inventory, and communication.
• Complete full sales process, including membership contracts and post-sale follow-up.
