It’s A Secret Med Spa in Chandler, AZ seeks a results-driven Treatment Consultant to consult and sell aesthetic services. You will proactively reach out to clients, tailor treatment plans, and close memberships, while coordinating with providers and front desk to ensure a premium client experience.

The role offers a pay-competitive base plus commission, with benefits including health coverage, PTO, 401k, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Weekend availability.
• Experience in a med spa or medical office preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• HIPAA-compliant and professional conduct.
• Ability to multi-task and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule consultations with clients and leads, describing services with expertise.
• Provide overview and create custom treatment plans for clients.
• Close sales and prepare financing contracts with lenders.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure each client has a treatment plan.
• Serve as brand ambassador to drive local traffic to the spa.
• Upsell services and products based on client histories.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM with client interactions.
• Assist front desk with operations as needed.
• Complete full sales process including membership contracts and post-sale follow-up.
