Job summary

Hydrafacial LLC is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager for the North Colorado region. You will manage Hydrafacial provider accounts, develop strategies to grow patient volume, and drive product utilization through field programs and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of account management experience selling into aesthetics markets.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Proven track record of quota attainment and sales success.
• Ability to travel up to 75% by car or plane.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business/marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined territory of Hydrafacial provider accounts and drive revenue.
• Develop business plans to increase patient volume and treatment revenue.
• Drive device purchases and ROI-based opportunities within existing customers.
• Deliver field programs and in-office events to promote Hydrafacial products.
• Maintain accurate daily documentation of activities in Salesforce.
