Job summary

Hydrafacial seeks a Business Development Manager to lead the North Colorado territory, building relationships with dermatology, med-spa networks and aesthetics practices to maximise Hydrafacial adoption and consumable revenue. You will partner with customers to create business plans, drive patient volume, and demonstrate ROI through compelling value propositions.

The role requires up to 75% travel and flexibility for events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of account management experience selling into the aesthetics market.
• Bachelor's degree required; aesthetics industry preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate ROI and value propositions to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined territory of provider accounts for Hydrafacial and SkinHealth Systems.
• Develop business plans to drive patient volume and practice revenue.
• Upsell devices and boosters; analyze ROI-based opportunity cases.
• Deliver hands-on training and support to providers and staff.
• Maintain Salesforce records and coordinate field programs and events.
• Travel up to 75% by car or plane and attend trade shows as needed.
