Chapter Aesthetic Studio, part of TAG – The Aspen Group, is seeking a sales leadership role in a fast-paced medical aesthetics environment in the United States. You will lead a high-performing team, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional guest experiences from consultation through follow-up care.

The role emphasizes strong consultative selling, team development, operational oversight, and collaboration with clinical teams to ensure guest satisfaction and brand excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of leadership experience in sales, aesthetics, retail, hospitality, wellness, or service-based environments.
• Proven success driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience with CRM systems, scheduling, and operational management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio revenue growth and achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Lead consultative guest experiences with scans, needs assessments, and treatment recommendations.
• Coach team members on consultative selling strategies to improve conversion and retention.
• Monitor KPIs, conversion, utilization, and revenue performance to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Lead daily huddles and team meetings to align priorities and drive execution.
• Oversee scheduling, guest flow, inventory, and POS management to ensure efficiency.
