Chapter Aesthetic Studio in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a driven Studio Sales Manager to lead studio revenue performance, develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences from consultation through retention.

This role combines hands-on sales leadership with operational oversight, partnering with the Managing Clinical Director to drive business results, align staffing, and ensure a seamless guest journey.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of leadership experience in sales, aesthetics, retail, hospitality, wellness, or a service-based environment.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio revenue growth and achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Lead consultative guest experiences with the MCD, including scans, needs assessments, and treatment recommendations.
• Coach team members on consultative selling strategies to improve conversion, retention, memberships, and retail sales.
• Monitor KPIs such as conversion, utilization, and revenue performance to identify opportunities.
• Lead daily huddles and team meetings to align priorities and drive execution.
• Oversee operations, scheduling, guest flow, inventory, and POS management for efficiency.
