Job summary

Sciton, a Silicon Valley-based pioneer in laser, light and energy technologies, is seeking an Aesthetic Consultant to drive revenue growth in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will develop new relationships, expand existing accounts, and lead the full sales cycle from discovery to close.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of B2B medical device sales, a track record of a $1.5M+ annual quota, strong presentations and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel 40-60% within the territory.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years B2B sales experience in capital equipment/medical devices.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding a $1.5M+ annual quota.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage named key accounts and expand portfolio across Sciton platforms.
• Lead full sales cycle from discovery to close and meet quota.
• Develop pipeline through outbound outreach and referrals.
• Coordinate territory management to balance new business and retention.
• Conduct product demonstrations and tailored presentations.
• Maintain ongoing communication for renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, service and operations for seamless customer experience.
