Job summary

Weiler Plastic Surgery is seeking a Sales Development Manager to own the consult-to-close journey across multiple locations. You will coach aestheticians and injectors in real time, turning clinical talent into confident consultative providers and shaping the sales playbook.

You will design training programs, drive cross-selling and retention strategies, and partner with marketing to boost bookings. A track record of coaching client-facing teams and strong CRM data use is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience with a proven record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience in aesthetics, medical spa, or elective healthcare strongly preferred.
• Track record of coaching and motivating clinical or client-facing teams.
• Fluency with sales data and CRM for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full consult-to-close journey in a multi-location practice.
• Shadow and coach aestheticians and injectors to improve consultative selling.
• Design and run ongoing sales training programs.
• Lead cross-selling and retention initiatives across service lines.
• Track and optimize conversion, cross-sell, and retention metrics by location.
