LaserAway is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator Sales Consultant in the San Ramon area to own full consultations, build trusted patient relationships, and guide clients through laser and aesthetic journeys. You will manage from first hello to long-term loyalty, with a base plus uncapped commissions and ongoing training.

Expect to drive revenue targets while delivering premium patient experiences in a luxury med-spa setting. Weekend availability and strong client focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2 years in luxury med spa or high ticket consultative sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations; design customized treatment plans and guide patients through their aesthetic journey.
• Present treatment plans and financing options; partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a premium patient experience.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring and injectable services; use CRM to manage a steady pipeline of leads.
