Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) to own consultations, create tailored treatment plans, and guide patients along their aesthetic journey from first visit to long-term loyalty.

You will work with our CRM to manage a steady pipeline of leads and patient history, enabling prepared, confident consultations and a seamless experience. Competitive base, uncapped commissions, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Polished, confident, and patient-centered in every interaction.
• Weekend availability required, as patients come in then.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
• Present treatment plans and financing options to patients.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to ensure a premium patient experience from arrival to checkout.
