Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Weekend availability required.
• Commission-first structure — base pay is the floor, not the goal; top performers earn more.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Guide patients through their aesthetic journey from initial hello to long-term loyalty.
• Present treatment plans and financing options; partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver premium experience.
• Maintain a steady pipeline using LaserAway's CRM and marketing-generated leads.
