The role offers a full-time schedule with weekends and evenings, a base pay plus uncapped commission, and monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Commission-first structure – base pay is the floor, not the goal.
• Weekend availability required.
• No medical background required.
