European Wax Center in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Lead Guest Sales Associate to guide our Guest Sales team and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.

In this role you will lead, coach, and motivate staff; upsell services and products; manage scheduling and transactions; and collaborate with management to boost guest satisfaction and sales. Evening and weekend availability is required. A positive, energetic demeanor and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a customer service or sales role.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Proficient in computer systems and scheduling software.
