Job summary

Galderma seeks an Aesthetic Regional Sales Manager for the Phoenix/Scottsdale region to lead a team of ABMs, drive B2B sales, and exceed regional revenue targets. You will partner with marketing, manage budgets, and maintain strong professional relationships with key aesthetic accounts.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related commercial experience, with a track record in leadership and strategic execution in a fast-paced aesthetic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of related commercial experience in sales/brand management or similar.
• Prior people management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to interact with internal and external customers.
• Ability to implement marketing strategies and business plans.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Manage field assets and resources including expense management and equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.
• Must maintain high integrity and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ABMs, manage B2B sales activities, meet goals and budget.
• Coach ABMs on B2B buy-and-bill, direct selling techniques, and market strategies.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans and forecasts to meet revenue targets.
• Analyze regional market trends, competitive insights, and customer data for growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams on national/regional strategies.
• Conduct field rides, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Build relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, and key accounts.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor ABMs.
• Maintain CRM documentation, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline management.
• Attend company sales meetings, conventions, and field events.
• Uphold integrity and professionalism in all business interactions.
