Job summary

Galderma Miami East is seeking an Aesthetic Business Manager to lead the full aesthetic brand portfolio with healthcare providers, practices, and key stakeholders. You will own territory revenue and drive portfolio growth through consultative selling and targeted strategies.

The role requires strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel up to 80% to educate customers and expand adoption. A Bachelor's degree is required and dermatology experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience in a quota-driven role.
• Experience in dermatology, medical devices, specialty pharmaceuticals, or aesthetic sales is preferred.
• Ability to engage decision-makers at multiple levels, including physicians and administrators.
• High level of integrity and adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Own territory revenue performance through strategic planning, consultative selling, and account management.
• Prospect and close new business opportunities with relationship-based selling.
• Partner with practice owners and stakeholders to deliver customized portfolio solutions.
• Drive demand through promotional programs, events, and staff trainings.
• Lead and coordinate HCP training programs and business development activities.
• Maintain CRM, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline management.
