Job summary

Galderma Laboratories seeks an Aesthetic Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of ABMs across the Phoenix region. You will drive B2B sales, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with marketing to exceed regional revenue targets.

The role requires 8+ years in commercial sales, injectable Aesthetics experience preferred, and a travel commitment of 40–50%. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 8+ years of related commercial experience in sales or brand management; injectable Aesthetics experience preferred.
• Proven ability to interact with internal and external customers and build credibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to ABMs, manage B2B sales, meet revenue goals and budgets.
• Coach and develop ABMs on buy-and-bill, direct selling techniques and market strategies.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans and forecasts to meet revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends and data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams on national and regional strategies.
• Maintain CRM documentation, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline management.
