Advanced MedAesthetic Partners is seeking a Practice Manager to lead clinic performance, growth, and daily operations. You will own revenue growth, patient experience, coaching, and process improvements while collaborating with regional leadership.

The ideal candidate drives data-led decisions, develops high-performing teams, and creates an environment where patients and staff thrive. Hybrid leadership role with national AMP network access.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in medical aesthetics, luxury retail, or high-end service.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of KPI management, financial literacy (P&L), and operations.
• Strong computer and technical literacy with good problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, organization and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own location performance, including revenue growth, patient retention and operations.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and execute strategies for patient acquisition and long-term growth.
• Lead and coach all team members; ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with marketing and leadership to align goals and drive patient experience.
