Job summary

The Practice Manager at Advanced MedAesthetic Partners in the New York Area will lead clinical and front‑office operations, drive performance, and develop a high‑performing team. You will own location KPIs, oversee scheduling, patient experience, and daily workflows, while partnering with the Regional Manager and Managing Partner to execute strategic initiatives.

Job description

  • Own location performance, including revenue growth, patient retention, and operational excellence.

  • Utilize reporting and business data to guide decision-making and improve performance.
  • Implement best practices and process improvements that enhance efficiency and results.
  • Partner with marketing, the Regional Manager and Managing Partner to execute strategic initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
  • Lead, coach, and develop all team members within the practice.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development.
  • Conduct regular coaching conversations and performance reviews.
  • Develop future leaders and build a strong, engaged team.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the location team and senior leadership.
  • Champion an exceptional patient experience from inquiry through retention.
  • Manage escalated patient concerns and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor patient feedback and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Partner with providers and front desk teams to create a seamless patient journey.
  • Develop and execute retention and relationship-building strategies that support long-term patient growth.
Operations & Practice Management
  • Maintain a visible leadership presence within the practice.
  • Understand and support all aspects of front office operations, including scheduling, patient communication, financing, and retention strategies.
  • Lead daily operations and practice flow when business needs require hands‑on leadership.
  • Ensure operational standards, workflows, and service expectations are consistently met.
  • Oversee inventory, facility standards, and operational readiness.
  • Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and elevate the patient experience.
Requirements & Experience :
  • 4+ years of leadership or management experience coming from a background of medical aesthetics, luxury retail, or high‑end customer service.
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams.
  • Strong understanding of KPI management, financial literacy (P&L management), business operations, and performance improvement.
  • Strong computer and technical literacy skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
Preferred
  • Experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, and cosmetic surgery.
  • Experience with Zenoti, or a similar industry‑specific software.
Physical Requirements:
  • This position requires frequent walking, sitting, standing, and bending.
  • Frequent talking and listening when giving instructions and explanations.
  • Frequent use of the phone, computer, and other clinic technologies.
  • Employees may be asked to travel and must be able to carry and maneuver their luggage and navigate through various transportation modes (car, airplane, bus, train).

Practice Manager

Location: New York Area

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $85,000- $105,000 per year

Schedule/Availability: Open availability, including weekends. Minimum 40 hours per week.
