Diamond Accelerator, a leading plastic surgery and medical aesthetics practice in Charlotte, NC, seeks a seasoned Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, drive client satisfaction, and lead a high-volume team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in aesthetic practice management, strong leadership and financial acumen, and a proactive approach to growth. Salary ranges $70,000–$75,000 with bonus potential and opportunities to shape the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a plastic surgery practice or medical spa
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Financial literacy and business acumen within a clinical setting
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and patient care standards
• Ability to lead and train diverse teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily operations within location
• Lead, train, and support front desk staff, providers, and support teams
• Ensure consistent, high-quality client experiences and satisfaction; ensure patient journey is positive and seamless
• Manage schedules, systems, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Meet and exceed all monthly service and retail goals; coach team to meet and exceed goals
• Track individual and team sales performance and other KPIs; Monitor and report KPIs and implement strategies to improve revenue, retention, and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company protocols
• Support business development, marketing campaigns, and client outreach
• Act as a liaison between ownership and staff; collaborate with ownership to identify areas of opportunity and execute on ideas
• Implement and improve systems and processes
• Hire, onboard, and train staff; implement corrective actions or terminations as needed
• Focus on revenue growth
• Support sales process including oversight of lead management and conversion, and close consultations
• Administrative duties including payroll calculation and submission, tracking of PTO or other benefits, receptionist duties when necessary
