Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily operations.
• Lead, train, and support staff.
• Ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience from start to finish.
• Manage schedules, systems, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Support sales processes including lead follow-up, invoicing, and payments.
• Perform front office/reception duties as needed.
• Achieve and exceed monthly KPI goals; coach team performance.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve revenue, retention, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and internal protocols.
• Support marketing initiatives by coordinating with vendors and internal implementation.
• Act as a liaison between ownership and staff.
• Improve systems, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.
• Hire, onboard, and train new team members; manage corrective actions when needed.
• Process payroll submissions.

Key Responsibilities
