Komal Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to greet clients, manage communications, and coordinate appointments with a focus on delivering a premium, hospitality-driven experience in Hillsboro, Oregon.

You will work closely with clinicians to discuss treatment plans, assist with memberships and financing, and ensure a smooth patient journey from initial contact to post-treatment follow-up. Room for growth exists in a fast-growing practice offering patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in medical aesthetics, medical office, dental office, hospitality, luxury retail, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable discussing treatment plans and pricing.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling software.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide a luxury, hospitality-driven experience.
• Answer phones, texts, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule consultations and treatment appointments.
• Assist patients with treatment recommendations, memberships, packages, and financing options.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
• Verify and update patient records in our EMR system.
• Conduct follow-up calls and nurture prospective patient leads.
• Support marketing events, open houses, and community outreach initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Collaborate closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
