Renew Aesthetic & Laser Clinic in Portland, OR is seeking a warm, polished Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and support daily clinic operations.

You will greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, explain services, manage records, and assist with treatment planning, payments, and product recommendations in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical aesthetics, medical office, spa, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
