Qualifications

• Previous customer service, patient coordination, or sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between cosmetic patients and providers, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Educate patients on available aesthetic treatments, skincare products, pricing, and maintenance recommendations.
• Develop personalized treatment recommendations with providers and introduce complementary services and retail products.
• Respond promptly to patient inquiries via phone, email, text, online scheduling, social media and in person.
• Coordinate consultations, treatment appointments, follow-up visits, and future treatments as part of a plan.
• Prepare treatment plans, review pricing, discuss options, and provide financing information when applicable.
