Sciton, a Silicon Valley-based leader in laser and energy technologies for aesthetic and medical applications, seeks an Aesthetic Consultant in Charleston, SC. You will drive revenue growth by developing new customer relationships and expanding business with existing accounts, leading the full sales cycle with multi-city travel and a quota-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in capital equipment, technology, or medical devices.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding an annual quota of $1.5M+ in revenue.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally as required (40–60%).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Ownership: Manage a portfolio of named key accounts and expand product adoption across Sciton platforms.
• Sales Execution: Lead the full sales cycle from discovery through demonstration, negotiation, and close to meet quota.
• Prospecting & Pipeline Development: Identify, research, and engage new business opportunities.
• Territory Management: Balance new business with account retention for growth.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-person and virtual demos tailored to customer needs.
• Account Support: Maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and secure renewals.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, service, and operations for seamless customer experiences.
• Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain CRM records and forecast weekly/monthly/quarterly.
• Market Insight: Monitor competitive activity and trends.
• Event Development & Execution: Plan selling events within territory budgets.
