Job summary

Lumenis, a leader in energy-based medical technologies, seeks a District Sales Manager to drive capital equipment sales across aesthetics markets. You will own the territory, build strategic plans, and close complex deals in collaboration with physicians and clinical teams.

Requires 5+ years in outside B2B or capital medical device sales, a proven quota track record, and strong relationship-building skills. Expect 50% travel and a supportive sales organization with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside B2B sales or capital medical device sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Experience navigating long, complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by prospecting, developing, and closing new business.
• Own the sales process from prospecting through close, with accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Develop trusted relationships with physicians and key decision-makers, deliver demos, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success.
