Job summary

Galderma is seeking an Aesthetic Business Manager in Sacramento, CA to lead B2B sales of our full aesthetic portfolio to healthcare providers and practices. You will own territory revenue, manage accounts, and drive ROI with strategic planning and relationship-building.

You will collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to implement regional strategies, train staff, and ensure compliant, transparent selling practices. Excellent communication and analytics required.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of proven B2B sales in a quota-driven role.
Dermatology or aesthetics experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college.
Strong business acumen and analytical abilities.
Experience engaging physicians and practice administrators.
Ability to build long-term partnerships and drive customer retention.
