Sev Skin, a leading medical aesthetics brand with 75+ studios nationwide, seeks a sales-driven Front Desk Sales Associate in Virginia Beach. You will drive client engagement, promote services and products, and manage appointments with a polished, welcoming experience.

As the first and last contact, you will meet sales goals, support team operations, and maintain an organized front desk. Weekend availability is required; full-time opportunity with benefits.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required.
• Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail sales, beauty, wellness, medical aesthetics, or another client-focused environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and active-listening skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Promote SEV SKIN services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and confidently recommend appropriate services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on available treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting the clinic’s overall performance.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized and knowledgeable service.
