Job summary

SEV SKIN is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for clients across our 75+ studios nationwide. You will drive sales of services, memberships, packages, and retail products while delivering an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced clinic.

This role combines hospitality with sales—welcoming clients, handling check-in/check-out, booking appointments, processing payments, and meeting individual sales goals.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Weekend availability required.
• Experience in beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote SEV SKIN services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Work toward sales goals while supporting clinic performance.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized service.
