Job summary

Copper Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery in Petoskey, MI is seeking a part-time Client Coordinator to join the front desk team on-site. You’ll welcome patients, manage check-in/check-out, and help with payments while learning the day-to-day operations of a medical spa.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk, medical office, hospitality, or strong customer-service experience.
• Warm, dependable, organized, proactive, detail-oriented, coachable, strong follow-through, able to learn and use resources independently, comfortable multitasking, and genuinely great with people.
• A genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics, skincare, beauty, or wellness and excitement about developing your knowledge of the industry.
• A proactive self-starter who takes initiative and looks for ways to support patients and teammates without always needing direction.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills with the ability to confidently make decisions in a busy environment.
• Social media experience is a plus, we have a ton of opportunity for great content!

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional first impression by warmly welcoming patients, managing check-in and check-out, processing payments, and ensuring every patient feels comfortable and cared for.
• Coordinate appointments, confirmations, reminders, phone calls, emails, and provider communication to help keep the patient experience seamless and organized.
• Take ownership of the front desk by opening and closing the office, maintaining an organized and welcoming environment, and proactively identifying what needs attention throughout the day.
• Support the Copper team with patient records, reports, supplies, marketing materials, and other daily operational needs while collaborating to deliver an exceptional standard of service.
