Copper Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery in Petoskey, MI, is seeking a Client Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role. You will warmly welcome patients, manage check-in/out, process payments, and support the front desk to ensure a seamless patient experience.

You\'ll coordinate appointments, confirmations, reminders, calls and emails, and assist with patient records, supplies, and marketing materials. No prior aesthetics experience required—trainable and customer-focused candidates are encouraged

Competenze

• Front desk, medical office or customer-service experience preferred.
• Warm, dependable, organized, proactive, detail-oriented, coachable, and people-oriented.
• Genuine interest in aesthetics, skincare, or wellness and desire to learn.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to support patients and teammates.
• Strong organization and multitasking; able to make decisions in a busy environment.
• Social media experience is a plus.

• Create an exceptional first impression by warmly welcoming patients, managing check‑in and check‑out, processing payments, and ensuring every patient feels comfortable and cared for.
• Coordinate appointments, confirmations, reminders, phone calls, emails, and provider communication but help keep the patient experience seamless and organized.
