Job summary

Copper Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery in Petoskey, Michigan is seeking a Client Coordinator for a part-time, on-site role. You’ll greet patients, manage check-in/out, assist with payments, and help maintain a welcoming front desk environment while supporting a busy medical spa.

The ideal candidate brings strong customer service, reliability, and organizational skills. Training is provided; growth opportunities exist for the right person in a trusted, patient-centered team.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk, medical office, hospitality, retail, or strong customer-service experience is ideal, but we are willing to train the right person.
• A warm, dependable, organized, proactive, detail-oriented, coachable, strong follow-through, able to learn and use resources independently, comfortable multitasking, and genuinely great with people.
• A genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics, skincare, beauty, or wellness and excitement about developing your knowledge of the industry.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional first impression by warmly welcoming patients, managing check-in and check-out, processing payments, and ensuring every patient feels comfortable and cared for.
• Coordinate appointments, confirmations, reminders, phone calls, emails, and provider communication to help keep the patient experience seamless and organized.
• Take ownership of the front desk by opening and closing the office, maintaining an organized and welcoming environment, and proactively identifying what needs attention throughout the day.
• Support the Copper team with patient records, reports, supplies, marketing materials, and other daily operational needs while collaborating to deliver an exceptional standard of service.
