Job summary

Copper Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery is seeking a part-time, on-site front desk associate in Petoskey to welcome patients, manage scheduling, handle payments, and maintain a friendly, organized reception area. No prior aesthetics experience required—training provided for the right person.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk, medical office, hospitality, or customer-service experience is ideal, but we are willing to train the right person.
• A warm, dependable, organized, proactive, detail-oriented, coachable, strong follow-through, able to learn and use resources independently, comfortable multitasking, and genuinely great with people.
• A genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics, skincare, beauty, or wellness and excitement about developing your knowledge of the industry.
• A proactive self-starter who takes initiative and looks for ways to support patients and teammates without always needing direction.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional first impression by warmly welcoming patients, managing check-in and check-out, processing payments, and ensuring every patient feels comfortable.
• Coordinate appointments, confirmations, reminders, phone calls, emails, and provider communication to keep the patient experience seamless.
• Take ownership of the front desk by opening and closing the office and maintaining an organized, welcoming environment.
• Support the Copper team with patient records, reports, supplies, marketing materials, and other daily operational needs.
