Sono Bello is seeking a dynamic Consult Experience Specialist (CES) to be the first point of contact for patients. You will ensure an exceptional experience from start to finish in a fast-paced cosmetic surgery environment.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, coordinating appointments, supporting Sales Consultants, and handling data entry, payments, and deposits. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-desk roles, ideally in medical/aesthetic settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, verify appointments, and introduce them to the office.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the patient journey.
• Support sales consultants with consultations and administrative tasks.
• Enter data accurately, schedule appointments, process payments, and prepare deposits.
• Collaborate to identify patient success stories for online endorsements.
• Handle inquiries and follow-ups pre- and post-operative care.
• Assist with quotes and consent forms to cross-sell services.
