Sev Skin is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate in Washington state to be the first contact for clients, driving service sales while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will welcome guests, manage bookings, process payments, and educate clients on memberships, packages, and products.

This full-time front desk role combines hospitality with sales goals, requiring weekend availability and a proactive, personable approach in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting clinic performance.
• Build lasting client relationships with personalized service.
• Welcome clients and manage check-in/out and payments.
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail.
• Answer calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-desk environment and assist with needed cleaning.
• Participate in service, systems, and sales trainings and support new team members.
