You will guide patients between medical treatments and cosmetic services, eliminating bottlenecks and collaborating with clinicians to drive referrals naturally.

We seek a metrics-driven, organized professional who is tech-savvy with EMR/POS systems, and who can multi-task while sustaining a white-glove patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end medical spa front desk, luxury hospitality, boutique fitness, or premium retail management.
• Metrics-minded with KPIs (ticket size, retail-to-service ratio, booking utilization).
• Organized under pressure, tech-savvy, and able to multi-task without compromising patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Front-of-House & Scheduling Mastery: greet patients, manage daily provider schedules, ensure seamless handoffs.
• Retail & Conversion Driving: own aesthetic retail merchandising, track inventory, coach on product knowledge, drive conversions.
• Daily Workflow & Accountability: monitor appointments, follow up on unconfirmed bookings, manage inquiries, ensure responses.
• Data & Performance Tracking: track metrics like retention, no-shows, retail sales, and rebooking with leadership.
• Team Synergy: lead front desk during peak times and align the aesthetic team.
