Job summary

Baldan Group is expanding into the U.S. market and seeks a driven Sales Professional in Miami to build a new territory in medical aesthetics.

You will work with med-spas, dermatologists, dentists, aesthetic clinics, and beauty centers to introduce innovative devices and consumables while helping clients grow revenue. Responsibilities include prospecting, lead generation, demonstrations, and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a focus on KPIs and targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales in aesthetics/medical/beauty.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience managing full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Strong client-facing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Existing network in medical aesthetics or healthcare is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally with a valid driver’s license.
• Fluent in English.
• Proven experience selling devices or capital equipment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within your territory.
• Generate qualified leads through proactive outreach, field visits, and networking.
• Sell aesthetic devices and consumables in a B2B environment.
• Deliver compelling in-person and virtual product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic owners and key decision-makers.
• Support clients in growing their revenue through treatment optimization and upselling strategies.
• Manage sales pipeline, activities, and reporting using CRM tools.
• Consistently track and achieve KPIs and exceed sales targets.
