Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC is assisting a rapidly growing medical aesthetics company in the Memphis/Tennessee area to expand its field presence. This is a true territory-building sales role across Plastic Surgery, Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine.

You will develop physician relationships, open new accounts and drive revenue growth with an uncapped commission structure and a $300K+ earning potential. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in medical aesthetics B2B sales and a hunter mentality.

Qualifications

• Min. 3+ years of successful B2B sales in medical aesthetics.
• Established relationships in plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic medicine (a plus).
• Proven history of exceeding sales goals.
• Entrepreneurial, territorial mindset with ability to own the number.

Responsibilities

• Developing new physician and practice relationships in the assigned market.
• Opening new accounts and generating incremental revenue.
• Driving product adoption and long-term account growth.
• Building a territory with significant long-term earning potential.
