Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC is representing a rapidly growing medical aesthetics company in Omaha, NE, seeking a proven sales professional to build a territory, open new accounts and drive meaningful revenue growth across Plastic Surgery, Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, established relationships in the field, a hunter mentality and a track record of exceeding sales goals.

Qualifications

• Min. 3+ years of successful B2B Sales experience preferably within Medical Aesthetics
• Established relationships within Plastic Surgery, Dermatology and/or Aesthetic Medicine a plus
• A demonstrated history of exceeding sales goals
• Proven success with new business development and account acquisition
• Hunter mentality
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to independently build a territory
• Strong sense of urgency, competitive drive and desire to own the number

Responsabilités

• Developing new physician and practice relationships throughout the assigned market
• Opening new accounts and generating incremental revenue
• Building relationships with plastic surgeons, dermatologists, aesthetic physicians and practice owners
• Identifying high-value opportunities and converting prospects into customers
• Expanding business within existing accounts
• Driving product adoption and long-term account growth
• Building a territory with significant long-term earning potential
