Job summary

L'Oreal Dermatological Beauty is seeking an Aesthetic Business Manager for the Gulf Coast Territory. This field-based role requires promoting skinbetter science to physician offices and expanding the existing customer base within the territory.

The successful candidate will have a track record in Medical, Dermatology, or Skin Care sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel within the territory. Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree required.
• 2 years of aesthetics, pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience.
• Exceptional communication skills required.
• Experience with Google's G-Suite and/or Microsoft's Office products.
• Documented track record; Presidents Club a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Competitive spirit.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to physician offices within defined geography.
• Develop and maintain a high level of customer service with every account.
• Deliver multi-product presentations to customers and identify opportunities within the territory.
• Travel for sales meetings and regional events within the territory.
• Plan territory routing and manage administrative tasks (expenses, orders, reports).
• Record call activity and maintain customer records; build long-term relationships.
