Job summary

L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty is seeking an Aesthetic Business Manager for the Chicago region. This field-based role requires residence within the territory and reports to the Sales Director.

You will promote the skinbetter science brand to physician offices, drive sales growth, and expand the existing customer base while maintaining high service levels. Travel within the territory is required and you should have strong communication and sales experience.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree.
• 2 years of aesthetics, pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience.
• Exceptional communication skills required.
• Experience with Google’s G‑Suite and/or Microsoft Office products.
• Documented track record of successful sales experience and past President’s club winners preferred.
• High degree of self-motivation.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote and grow the skinbetter science brand by driving sales to physician offices within the defined territory.
• Develop and maintain high levels of customer service with every account and identify opportunities to expand business.
• Deliver multi-product presentations and educate customers on product information and promotional material.
• Plan territory routing, manage expenses, and maintain accurate account information and sales reports.
• Establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals and collaborate with Aesthetic Business Managers within skinbetter science.
