Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own the patient experience from first contact through checkout.
• Protect and optimize daily provider schedules.
• Monitor inventory and assist with restocking.
• Lead and coach front desk teammates.
• Ensure a welcoming, orderly clinic environment.
• Process payments and schedule future visits.
• Communicate clearly with patients and team.
• Follow policies and protect patient privacy.
