Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and social; convert inquiries into consultations and maintain notes in EMR/CRM.
• Guide patients through pre‑op and post‑op instructions and coordinate with surgeon and staff to avoid gaps.
• Present treatment plans and financing options clearly to help patients decide with all information.
• Maintain own pipeline from inquiry to booking in CRM and follow up according to schedule.
