Voyager Technologies in Penrose, CO is seeking a Welder/Fabricator to read blueprints, fabricate metal components, and perform high-quality welds across MIG and TIG processes. This onsite role will support Voyager Energetics’ facility build-out and mission‑critical manufacturing programs.

Required are a high school diploma with welding experience or a welding program, proficiency in MIG/TIG, blueprint reading, and a safety‑minded, team‑oriented work style. ITAR considerations apply; U.S.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years welding/fabrication experience OR completion of an accredited welding trade program with hands-on proficiency.
• Proficiency in MIG and/or TIG welding with ability to produce consistent welds across materials and thicknesses.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work orders with attention to detail and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to determine fabrication specifications.
• Set up and operate welding equipment across MIG/TIG/SMAW to meet standards.
• Cut, shape, and fit metal parts using saws, plasma cutters, grinders; fabricate components per specs.
• Inspect welds and parts for quality and maintain production records.
• Follow safety protocols and keep work area clean and compliant.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members on project requirements.
