Qualifications

• Experience operating TIG, MIG, and Stick welding processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Knowledge of PPE and safety procedures.
• Detail-oriented with quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and specifications to plan welding work.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials per specs.
• Select welding equipment and materials per job.
• Set up and align components for welding accurately.
• Operate grinders and fabrication tools for surface prep.
• Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.
• Inspect welds for quality and safety compliance.
• Maintain equipment and workshop cleanliness.
• Follow safety policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team to meet schedules.
