Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace in Stuart, FL is seeking a Welder II to join our aerospace manufacturing team. You will perform core welding work and ensure precision welding of aerospace components in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

This full-time role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least three years welding experience with current certs. GTAW/TIG experience and aerospace exposure are preferred; on-site schedule Mon-Fri 6:30 AM–3:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of related welding experience or training.
• Current welding certifications for all current metal groups and qualification for automatic welding.
• Must meet aircraft welding quality standards and be authorized to work in the U.S. full-time.

Responsibilities

• Set up and perform all fusion welding operations in the facility, manual and automatic within certifications and process sheets.
• Check welds visually and dimensionally with precision measuring instruments for conformance to blueprints.
• Conduct specified fusion welding tests.
• Assign jobs according to priority list.
• Read and interpret prints involving weld symbols.
• Demonstrate a good mechanical aptitude.
