Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace in Stuart, FL is seeking a Welder I to join our aerospace manufacturing team, performing TIG welding (GTAW) in a clean, air-conditioned shop.

You will work with engineers and sheet metal mechanics to fit up and weld components, read weld symbols, and maintain high quality in a role with a 3:15 PM–11:45 PM shift and a 10% differential.

Minimum high school diploma, 1 year welding experience, U.S. work authorization, and ITAR/EAR compliance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year welding experience, including TIG welding.
• U.S. work authorization for full-time employment.
• Able to comply with ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and perform fusion welding, manual and automatic per process sheets.
• Inspect welds visually and dimensionally against blueprints and specifications.
• Conduct specified fusion welding tests.
• Weld on various alloys including stainless steel, nickel, and titanium.
• Read and interpret welding prints and symbols.
• Collaborate with sheet metal mechanics and engineers.
