You will interpret blueprints, fixture components, and perform manual bench and electron beam welding, ensuring quality and safety while maintaining equipment and records.

The role offers 2nd shift with 8% differential and potential first-shift training opportunities, with overtime possible after training.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with at least 2 years of welding experience.
• Ability to read weld blueprints and specifications.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Interpret weld blueprints, specifications and work instructions accurately.
• Prepare and fixture components for welding with correct alignment and cleanliness.
• Perform manual bench and electron beam welding per defined parameters and quality standards.
• Monitor welding conditions, conduct inspections, and address defects or elevate as needed.
• Maintain equipment and documentation, ensuring traceability and adherence to safety protocols.
