Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Springdale, AR is seeking a Machinist Technician for the AWW shift (Fri–Sun, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM). The role includes setup and operation of CNC machines, blueprint reading, and ensuring parts meet specifications in a climate-controlled facility.

The position is safety-sensitive under FAA guidelines with potential overtime after training; FAA-regulated facility requiring pre-employment and random testing. Benefits included with the RTX family of companies.

Qualifications

• HS diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years of machining experience.
• Experience reading blueprints, drawings, manuals, and specifications to determine set-up requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate conventional, special purpose, and CNC machines to fabricate/repair parts.
• Read blueprints and specifications to determine machine/set-up requirements.
• Set up fixtures, tools, attachments, and accessories.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
