Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent with manufacturing experience
• Ability to interpret OEM repair manuals, FAA regulations, and blueprints
• Mechanically inclined with strong technical judgment
• Strong reading comprehension of technical documentation

Responsibilities

• Improve quality rating by building weld release strategies and tooling reviews
• Develop and document repair procedures for complex welds
• Provide hands-on technical support to production teams on repair plans
• Analyze results with leadership and implement corrective actions
• Read technical docs and follow safety procedures in the shop
