Job summary

AAR is seeking a Warranty Engineer (On-site Warranty Coordinator) based in the United States to maximize revenue through warranty management, value engineering, and cost-saving strategies. You will liaise with suppliers to clarify work scope, gather pricing information, and challenge unjustified decisions.

You will enforce contractual terms, manage TAT remedies, support Sales & Business Development, and drive continuous improvement across processes to meet customer expectations and protect

Qualifications

• Hold an HNC/HND/Degree in a Business/Engineering discipline or have relevant work experience in an aircraft maintenance or warranty organization.
• Have appropriate industry experience within a Supply Chain, Aerospace, Value Engineering, Warranty or Technical Services discipline.
• Demonstrate sound interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact suppliers to seek clarification of work scope/pricing/warranty and challenge when a decision is unjustified.
• Record VE/WTY outcomes in the respective systems.
• Enforce contractual terms and recover associated benefits.
• Manage contract TAT remedies, including those enshrined within the Airbus SSC and Boeing PSAA.
• Be the go-to department for engineering/technical issues and provide subject matter expertise to other Airinmar departments.
• Assist Sales & Business Development with designing strategic programs for customer cost reduction and gainshare revenue generation.
• Meet Airinmar's requirements relating to Technical Services obligations contained within customer/Airinmar Contracts, SOWs and MOUs.
